Who pissed in your cheerios? Just going by what's reported in the articles:

"The Michelin Pilot Sport 5 will be available in 50 dimensions spanning in sizes from 17 to 21 inches when it becomes available worldwide on March 1, 2022." - R&T

"There's no word on when we'll see a more focused Pilot Sport 5 S, but the standard tyre is already available in 50 sizes in Europe with the full range coming in March." - Evo

I’m happy as a camper just clarifying that they won’t be ready for the summer. Don’t hold your purchase waiting for them because you will run out of tire.

Keep in mind that the PS5 is not a replacement for the PS4S. It is a replacement for the mid-range PS4. The extra 'S' on the end of PS4S stands for 'Super Sport', and is a very different tire than the plain PS4.

The plain PS4 is a nice tire, but it is more of a general all-season tire. Not the high-end, high-performance, summer tire like the PS4S and previous PSS. There will likely be a new PS5S at some point, but probably not this year.

This page has more on all the different Michelin Pilot tires:

Anyone can suggest an alternative to PS4S? as these are not offered for the size of 18" in Europe... I was thinking of PS5, but if there's something better for dry grip I'd consider that. ty
