Need help coding out brake lamp on LCI tailamp

Hey guys! Luckily got my hands on some affordable LCI tailights and after installing they look beautiful!

Ive noticed on the LCI cars compared to mine, the drl in the rear is off. And so ive coded that successfully, no issues there!

However, its upsetting that i cant get the brake lights to come on without getting the led strips also coming on….

Anyway that i can code for ONLY the brake lights to come on WITHOUT the led strips? (Again on a NON LCI)…..

Would love for that to be possible!! Thanks for chiming in :-) happy motoring

I will possibly have to look at wiring diagrams to overcome this.

Isn't this how North America brake lights work? Inner light only turns on if you brake very hard (deceleration speed not pedal force)

Joako thanks for your response.

Its hard to explain perhaps.

But simply put, my issue is the brake lights are coming on WITH the led strips.

I want them to be seperate.

I want brake lights ONLY, to come on when braking.
With headlamp switch at off (O)

Garage List
What LED Strips are you talking about? Picture? Are the LED Strips your referring to the inner lights? ie. "Trunk lid lights"
