Bilstein clubsport rear clunk noises

Hello,
I had this suspension kit for 3000 Miles and it worked fine, now I have chunks coming from the rear left & right suspension/springs/diff.
I want to check it in three different places with no real solutions..
The noises can be heard on the road not on the lift.
Can anyone help with this?
