I see there are incentives for Loans and Leases, but are there any BMW incentives in the US for an outright purchase of a vehicle (Cash is King)

Yes. The incentive is not having a car payment or interest charged.

BMW has exactly zero reasons to incentivize cash purchases and 599 reasons to incentivize loans and leases.

See if they will offer you a discount IF you finance it, then just pay it off in 30 days. lol

So we purchased an X5 a few months ago and that is exactly what they did, but you have to wait 3 months before paying it off LOL

There is a Military discount which my husband is entitled to having been a Persian Gulf Vet.

So when I purchased my Ford 10 years ago I got a $5K discount if I used their financing but the finance rate was awful. They told me I couldn't refinance within 3 months but I did in 30days...and nothing happened. They don't reverse the discount.
I'm not sure if things have changed but it was a verbal command and not in any of the paperwork so I didn't comply.

I think they say that so that the dealer gets the financing kickback. I think if you pay it off or refi within 90 days they lose their bonus.

I think the corporate incentive qualifies for outright cash purchase? This link specifies if you work at a participating company, you may qualify for incentive (for 3 series it is $750).
