Re-installing throttle body on an E90/91

Hello,

It looks as though I have not installed the throttle body correctly. All of the screws appear to be the same length but when I install and tighten all of the them, there is a gap at the top of the throttle body as though it is not attached to the block completely.

This can't be right. Attaching a picture as a sanity check and reference.

Thanks to anyone who can provide insight and if this is actually correct. Looks wrong to me!

Also, I am assuming I should clean the throttle body and use a new o ring, yes?

Thanks
Jeff
