Low viscosity DOT4 or DOT5.1 fluid for the G80

I am looking to flush my brakes this weekend and put the Blue Stuff pads on. It is a 12,000 mile a year car with 10-14 track days a year (intermediate ability but running VIR and Barber Motorsport). Any insight would be helpful. Previous C6 Vette and Subaru STI I ran Ate 200 and Brembo. Price not really an issue where brake maintenance is concerned.
