Single exit with a 135 exhaust?

Looking for a single exit. who already tried ? Planned was to go 100% custom, but here we got screwed since a welder are in a controlled convention and the exhaust will cost the price of the car... Aftermarket E82 got single exit SS ad 3'', on a N54. So I might need 3-4 modification to make if fit + adding res and HFC. My car : 328 xi with a N54 swap ST. and looking for 1-2-1 setup with high flow cat, vibrant resonator and valved muffler. E82 : E90 :
