Suspension Help!!!

What's up everyone, I am trying to decide between suspension options. I have a 2024 M3 (G80) x-drive and want to lower it a bit, mainly the front. I thought about just lowering the front on Eibach springs only but don't know if that will end up jacking something up by only doing the front.
Secondly, I've been looking into HAS kits like KW and HR VTF. I would only want to adjust them once and leave it alone as I doubt, I would even touch my cars suspension once it's good to go.
So, what is everyone's thoughts that have either Eibachs in the front, springs all the way around or have any brand of HAS can you give me some pros and cons or even how your M3/M4 rides when changing to one of these options?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I do not want to be the bad guy, but did you at least read some of the numerous threads here that exactly compare all the options you mention and more?

I did but some of them go all over the place… some are even a couple years old. Just seeking input from actual users.

I’ll be the bad guy this time.

Basically, you do not want to do your homework reading few threads, and you want everyone else to do it for you, right!?

I have the HR VTF and the car sometimes feels bouncy. Not enough for me to change it tho.

Check out the KW kit and review if it has increased room to adjust the rear as previous kits were too low in the rear with not much adjustment.

Yeah I considered the KW HAS kit.

If you haven’t made a decision yet, check out Nitron coilovers. I’ve had them on my for about a year and couldn’t be happier.

People just comment to be condescending. Got way too much time on their hands. Forums are a funny place.

People looking for HAS kits are not looking for a full spring and damper swap. Nitron’s are on the opposite end of the spectrum especially with their new elec-TRON edc plug-n-play Roadsport, R1 and R3 (different from your conventional monotube R1s). BMW tunes their suspensions to use the bump stops to control/limit suspension travel. Lowering more than 10 mm will result in more frequent use of the bump stops. I can’t imagine what the ride quality is like on lowering springs/HAS kits that drop 20-30 mm. The correct way is to follow in your footsteps or use the new EDC plug-n-play version. No longer can the excuse that I want to retain EDC functionality with a HAS kit.

What spring rates did you go with?

I must’ve skipped over the part about only wanting lowering springs. Lowering springs/HAS kits, from what I’ve heard ruin the ride of the car. I contemplated going that route too for a bit, but I couldn’t justify putting cheap parts on a $100k car. If you’re only looking for cosmetics and don’t care about ride quality, springs are an option. I wanted better than stock ride quality and adjustability for potential track days, if I could ever get out of work. I’m definitely very pleased with the Nitron R1s.

To answer you question about rates, I don’t remember. I had a shop order for me. It’s written down on the box in my storage unit.

HAS kit or lowering springs are effectively the same thing if the height is set at the time of install and never adjusted again. Advantage of a HAS kit is the ability to corner balance the car which makes a noticeable difference - it’s the same as a stool that sits on only three of its legs and can rock back and forth until you place something under one leg. That’s basically what corner balancing is doing. However, people install a HAS kit and lower the car once with massive forward rake which rides the front bump stops and shifts the balance towards oversteer. So HAS is just a much more costly set of lowering springs.

I did a lot of research on the forums here and decided to run KW HAS kit on my g82. I'm getting them installed this weekend.
KW makes the OEM M Perf HAS KIT for BMW so I figured they would be most 'on-brand' as far as quality and performance. They also make the suspension for the BMW race team!!

Yeah I was gonna do the same, but decided to go with Eibach only in the front. Rides like stock, I think when ever I change my wheel setup I might do the kw has
