HP fuel pump going out? High trim levels running E60

Ive been running E50ish for at least 20k miles with a JB4 and MHD flex fuel map/ethanol analyzer and Walboro 450. Ive had blips in the past year but now RPMs stop around 4k / slow down than keep going under full throttle. Engine sounds retarded. Haven't been doing too many full pulls lately so havent really noticed issues.
Is this a failing fuel pump, too much E content, or something else? Logs show high trim levels right at 4k and lower than i remember high pressure fuel levels. New plugs and coils 10k ago.

Car has been tuned since 80k currently at 110k. HP fuel pump was replaced under warranty.

E60 is really too much ethanol for the stock HPFP.....unless you are running more fueling, like port injection.

The best power to ethanol ratio on the stock DI (HPFP) setup is E40. Any more ethanol and you lose power because you can't get the fuel volume you need.

Switch over to an E40 tune and mix up some E40 in the tank and see how that does

As far as your log goes.......unless I'm just missing it, you didn't log your LPFP or HPFP (rail) fuel pressures. That is what you really need to look at to see what's going on. Can you log those and repost the log? A smooth 3rd gear pull from 2K-6K rpm works best.

The 3rd pull/log is in 3rd gear. 46 trim value with a 7 HP fuel ( 150 x = 1050 )if i remember correctly it shouldnt drop below 1200. Low pressure fuel stayed at 70.

I may have been pushing it more and more over time and not actually doing real pulls over the last year.

Just dropped it down to E50 but didnt get an auto log. Will get back with an update.

Thanks

It really shouldn't be dropping under 1500psi......you have too much ethanol content for the HPFP to keep up. E40 will make the most power for you
