size is not the only factor.. the size of the file needs to be small too..

How did you get your signature pic to be so large (800x150)? When I try to link an 800x150 pic to my sig is says, "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file." If I upload the file directly, it automatically shrinks it to 500x100.
