I bought my Extended Maintenance from Daniel Dutton at Pacific BMW (Southern California) and I am in San Francisco (Northern California). I contacted BMW Dealerships all over the US and locally in Norcal and found Pacific could give me the best price. I don't think it matters what state you are in. I just had to send him a key that was recently inserted into the car's ignition so they can verify mileage.
