I'm also wondering how hard it would be to install (particularly the wiring). Are detailed instructions available? I'm fairly handy, but far from a mechanic
I also need to look into bike racks, as that it what I'd mainly use it for and most on the market in Australia don't work on the European 'swan neck'.
