Panama City Beach?
 

I know this is way off topic, but I had to run it past you guys. My buddy just got a great deal on a condo rental in Panama City Beach. I went there for Spring Break like 6 years ago, but always hear that when it's not Spring Break that it's a trashy place and has a trashy crowd. I've seen pics of the condo and it is real nice. Has anyone been there recently and have any reviews?

I lived there in 99 for about six months. The beach is really nice and there are some cool things to do there. They call it L.A. (lower Alabama) and the redneck riviera. It is definitely like living in Alabama. Many of the locals have a southern accent and they look trashy. Lots of hillbillies. I don't think it's too bad though. I'd live there again. The bars and stuff really slow down after Spring Break too, but on the weekend there's always stuff to do.

not entirely sure cause ive only been there for spring break also...cant imagine that it is that bumpin when the mass flows of college girls arent around tho:laugh:
