Not sure a wax will remove scratches. You need to remove the scratches with a fine machine polish. Your interior has clear coat on it just like your paint. You need to take down the clear coat a small bit to reduce or eliminate the scratches. Try a very fine machine polish and then use something like P21s Auto Cleanse. After that, use your favorite paste wax or sealant.
