Is Racerwholesale having problems/in business?

I was recommended to use them for my helmet and placed an order in late August. I called early last week when I still haven't received my helmet and they said there server had been down and they were installing new software to use for the billing (I payed for my item via credit card over the internet). I called back 2 days later and they said the same thing, but promised it would go out on Thurs, Sept 6th. They felt I would get my order today (Monday).

I need this item by Friday for my first track event, so I'm getting a little worried. I have been trying to call them this AM to see if it did go out and there phone lines are all dead (not ringing and eventually goes to dial tone). I then called my credit card company and determined they finally did bill me on Sept. 6th. I just have now way of knowing if they really sent me the item or took my money and ran. I called 3 numbers, including the non 800 number and they all did the same thing. Anyone have any experience with these guys or no any info?
