I negotiated invoice+ price with my dealer back in August for my Euro Delivery. I have always been under the impression that incentives like the Holiday Credit would be applied after sell price + taxes + fees and basically work towards my down payment. My car just went into production so I was discussing my loan terms with my FA and asked where the Holiday Credit was. He brought in the sales manager (the manager I originally negotiated the deal with no longer works there) who wrote up the final buyer's order, and he told me the Holiday Credit was already applied in the negotiated price--saying the credit gets pulled out of their profit.

I thought these credits came from BMW Corporate or Financial, not the dealer? Can someone please enlighten me on how the Holiday Credit works?
