The 18" wheels can fit the standard brakes. There's no 15" brake rotors plus calipers out there that will fit in 18" wheels. The most is around 14.7" give or take a touch depending on the calipers. Similarly the largest brake rotors 19" wheels can fit is around 15.7" give or take a touch. The 16.1" rotors only fit 20" wheels on the M5, you can't mount 19s with those. Basically, 14.7 and 15.7 give or take a tenth is the largest they can be.
