Was driving on a road I didn't know, which was all black because it was wet and tree covered so shadows everyplace, and hit a pothole. Got a huge bubble in the tire, fingers crossed on the rim but who knows. I think Sun will do the rim shipped for around $400 so it's not as bad as I feared. $600 per corner (wheel and tire) means you need to destroy 4 before the tire insurance starts to pay for itself. It's still holding air and it's been 5 days, so the seal is fine which I hope means the rim might be ok.
