Ok Update: In short, they don't fit without spacers.
I managed to scratch the caliper finding out as well. Not bad but noticeable to me. Anywhere I can get touchup paint for them?
Thankfully, I had my 12mm spacers on and was able to get them to fit with those. 8mm or 10mm would probably be perfect as this setup (E9X) is now +34mm (wheel) +12mm (spacer) which ends up being +29.4mm over stock.
Everything fits and clears with the spacers and most people would actually like the more aggressive look but I will probably pick up a set of 10mm spacers in the future just to pull them in a bit more.
Wheels were a bit more scuffed up than I would have hoped for so I might paint them black like all my previous snow rims.
