I did that Summer 2013, used to run about 6 miles a day (going from never running) and progressively increased the workload. Went from consuming 2K calories a day to about 5K, and even losing weight in the process, and I could eat whatever the hell I wanted. Turned my body into a machine.

I HATE cardio......but I love muscles. I'd ride a horse for 4 hours straight...I wont run down the block for 5 minutes.
