The springs are still clean so the grease must have been what helped, and now ive driven it enough that things have moved and worn away the grease where it was helping keep everything quiet. As mentioned, this isnt the end of the world, but is a touch annoying. If anyone has any ideas to eliminate/prolong the noise since the grease helped, im all ears.

As I said, your problem is 100% spring binds... Grease helped, but it will just get worn away very quickly. Get a pair of $25 thrust sheets and you are good to go again.
