19" All seasons are fine on a 30d, but they're an annual compromise - they suck in all seasons, but less than the wrong tire. You may as well not have bothered with the X5M to start with.
It's not a big deal to add a winter set, and your dealership will likely store it for free. I go in in November, have a coffee and a muffin, and wait while they switch out my rims from storage, mount them all, and check the air.
Same in reverse in ~March.
It's $40, twice a year. The rims will usually sell for ~70% of their original cost after a few years too.
