Refund would 100% be no problem but the customer is never charged until we ship the product.
Unfortunately, we are in a long line of backorders for the Vorsteiner diffuser and these diffusers take a long time to produce.
We go above and beyond for everyone on this board. This is not an exception....
We apologize for the frustration. We would be willing to offer you a discount on your current order if you want to stick it out for when production comes in. We are here to serve you guys. Sometimes things happen with suppliers and we need to relay messages that arent necessarily ideal.
