You will not find a cleaner, more care for one out there. I only took it a few local DE events, so it has much less than 1k miles. Trailer was always stored in a heated garage away from the weather. Every fall it was power washed, lubed, serviced, and put away inside. Last Oct I had it serviced professionally just because I felt it was time. Trailer shop said it was the cleanest one they have ever seen.
