I was thinking the factory installed spare may have a chassis mount to keep the wheel in place. Does a retro refit give me exactly what the factory would have done?
Ill pay them the 695$ plus tax that I originally agreed to but not a penny more. For the inconvenience ill ask for another Golf gift set. (got one with the car, already lost one prov1)
Will arrange to have this installed when I'm in for my 2K service.
