Any high performance driving event will get you started.

Look for "HPDE" on google in the states around us, NJ, PA, NY etc...

You will start out in whats called HPDE 1 - which is all newbies with a driving instructor in the passenger seat. As you do more events, you can graduate classes to HPDE 2/3/4... As you climb classes you can do more things like drive without an instructor, pass other cars, drive with more experienced people and so on.

Some allow you to rent a helmet, but it may make sense to buy your own. Also, I wouldn't use runflat tires if thats what you have but don't run out and spend money on track tires.

There are many companies that run these driving events, here are some I would suggest:

Just do some searching on google and find some events that align with your schedule. Lastly, these events are typically $300+ per day, make sure you have good brakes, tires and gas.

Also you can get into Autocrossing. Cheaper, you drive around a parking lot with cones.

Hope this helps, and gets your adrenaline pumping...
