I try and have a cup of cottage cheese after gym / before bed... But breakfasts usually consist of the same... Yogurt / fruit of oatmeal / fruit... Sometimes warm toast with peanut butter as well to keep the metabolism going all day... Grapefruit is also fantastic in the AM...
