And I should say parent because the most fucked up kids usually came from a single parent household or were raised by grandparents. Some of these people have the IQ of a fucking hamster and a seriously fucked up. I mean fucked up to the point where rehabilitation is impossible. They are just so damn stupid that they are nearly incapable of being educated.
