I think that is a good question. If you take a close look a the moto GP pace car you will see the M4 ceramic brakes on them. It makes sense that given the suspension from the M4 was put on the M2 it could be done. It would be hugely expensive and I doubt it is needed for 99.9% of the drivers in the world but my guess is with enough money it could be done.
