Assume it was a 48 month lease. When MB was bringing the 43 out they had these on "extreme blowout" to move the metal. I looked at them, they are indeed amazing cars. The lease deals though were sick for a 48 month term, I think if memory serves it was like 57% for 36 or 53% for 48 so you were basically getting a year for free and spreading your payments over 48 instead of 36.
If you need a sports sedan this is one of the best out there, and for the price you'd be damn hard pressed to find something better.
