Had the same issue with Ferodo DS2500, but on the rear disc. Was driving on track in Sport+ mode, someone told me it could be due to the DSC. I switched to Pagid RS29 and it didn't clean the disc even on open road with cold braking. Finally the problem has been fixed (or significantly reduced) by an aggressive bedding with OEM pads.
