The whole notion of banning rental trucks sounds absurd to me. It's not any sap cannot go and buy a beater pickup truck for $500 and do quite a bit of damage. It's back to blaming the weapon when there is a bigger problem at hand, one that unfortunately can not be solved no matter what side of the political spectrum you are on.
