According to the press release (quote below), only three of the five electric vehicles BMW is bringing to LA are currently being named. One of the other two is specifically called a "World Premier vehicle". I suspect a concept version of the upcoming electric X3 (possibly called "iX3").
It's not clear what the further electric vehicle will be. It is highly unlikely it will be another world premier or even North American premier, else I'm sure they'd have said as much. Perhaps it will simply be the non-"s" i3 LCI. Yes, technically that vehicle would also be a North American premier, but the i3 already exists obviously, so perhaps they opted not to include the LCI of the base model in the list of premiers so as not to cheapen the impact of the others.

Reinforcing its commitment to offer 25 electrified models – 12 of which will be purely electric – by 2025, BMW Group will showcase five electric vehicles at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show including the North American premieres of the BMW i Vision Dynamics, MINI Electric Concept, BMW i3s, and a World Premiere vehicle that will be shown during the BMW Group press conference on Wednesday, November 29 at 8:50 a.m. PST at the BMW Stand in the Los Angeles Convention Center.
