Hmm - "Electrified performance". Are we finally going to see an "e" model with a six cylinder engine? In other words, actually worthy of the "iPerformance" name.
This would make a lot of sense in the larger vehicles especially - i.e. 5 Series, X5, and above.
Of course, a new 3 Series with an I6 plus electric drive would be great too. The ActiveHybrid 3 wasn't very compelling, but if they were to offer a vehicle that significantly outperforms the gasoline-only M340i (not to mention the rumored M340d) - an M340e, perhaps
- that would get some attention for sure.
