If you are registering the car in OR, there is no sales tax. Residual is $29,719.20, if you just drop off lease at the end and not get another BMW / MINI, there will be a $350 Disposition Fee. I also forgot to mention that with lease take over, you have to pay me $1,500 and $500 to BMW Financial Services for lease assumption.
