For the record, my only insight into the unfolding timeline continues to be the MyBMW My Garage portal. And I have read elsewhere on Bimmerpost that it's not always reflective of the most up-to-date actual status. But it's the only visibility I have.
Interestingly, my CA advised when I placed the order that there was no way at all for me to track progress.
