So the RWD M340i should be around $55K base and doesn't even include leather and/or the better audio system.

I don't need nor want the lux accessories like NAV, or digital dash, or even the "driver aids". My needs are simple, all of the "sport" items that make for the best driving capability and a good sounding audio system. I'll bet BMW does the stupid again, by forcing buyers to get some expensive "premium pkg" in order to get a $900 audio upgrade, making the $900 audio upgrade cost $4000 plus.

Well, as much as I like what I see about the new M340i, BMW has worked their magic by which to lose my future customership.

Hmm....what is the Genesis website again, with the G70, S. Korea may get a new immigrant to their car brand.
