So basically same team (like oil change, tires, engines, suspensions etc) will be same group of people working on it? If that's the case, that would be great as they will go on the journey with my car and remember the issues etc..
So you have same people working on your car most of the time ? Of course workers can come and go but for most part.
I think this is crucial when it comes to serious issues as they seem to be more in tuned since you build some sort of relationship with them

You can pick your service advisor when you book your appointment online or by phone call. So yes the same group of people work on your car as long as you book with the same service advisor.
The service advisor writes up your repair order, advises you on what was done and may need to be done, and notifies you when your car is ready.
