You can get it with the Driver Assistance package. In the US, you can't get the Parking Assistance or Executive package and get the black grille for the M340. I'm a CA and tried to get it with my M340. I even spoke with the regional PIA rep about it.

The BMW NA market makes no sense. Canada has each variant of the black mesh grille...so should we in the USA. Ridiculous.
