I haven't done much (80's in a 914
) and was wondering if anyone has done one of these novice schools. Good event to push your car and get used to ?

I have stock everything (16' 235i MT), including Pirelli RFT...was thinking about doing this, and if enjoyed then could upgrade tires/brakes for next one.
Do you need to buy helmet for a "parking lot" event ?
Anything else I need to be aware of...
Also - this seems like next step up, on the smaller Summit Point track...would one "novice" event then this be good ?
