G05 40i M Sport delivered today!
After a lot of uncertainty I'm thrilled to finally have my G05 home. I was scheduled for PCD in April but it quickly became apparent that was not a promising option. Last Monday I asked to have it shipped here (VA) instead and it was delivered this morning.
Overall I'm thrilled with the car but I can now confirm that wrinklegate is still alive and well....for what it's worth they look a little better in person. I wasn't about to refuse delivery with the factory shutting down.
The only glitch was the key card would not activate and all the geniuses were home because of COVID-19. I hope to have a solution soon.
Anyone planning to do PCD in the not so distant future who doesn't have a guest, I'd be more than happy to tag along and see what I missed. LOL.
