Never miss an opportunity to shut your mouth and listen.
Never avoid an uncomfortable conversation.
Never let a day of your life go by, without telling the people closest to you, that you love them.
Also, never use the toilet after eating ghost peppers, without washing your hands first. I can not begin to explain just exactly how important this is.....especially if you have sex after you leave the bathroom.
