It does depend on which car you have for H&R as they are all over the place with light rear drops on the M3 and even drops on the M4.

I personally do NOT want a huge rake and here is why... the G8X platform in RWD format has tremendous grip created by the rear bias squat and removing that by placing a larger drop in the front will create too much squat and dive on turn ins.

r33_RGSport Ben tested this on a few cars and said the over steer was very prevalent and the whole gain IMHO with the G8X chassis is the amazing RWD grip.

Now I also dont want to lower the rear too much to be nose up in the front LOL.
