My company is making money hand over fist... My role alone in the company nets 16 Million a year. As a commercial driver with a Class B CDL in the hazardous waste industry with 5 years and 300,000 miles experience driving in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia… I mean driving a truck in that area is the equivalent of walking through a minefield yet I have no accidents and no violations

I spoke up and professionally stated that I’m not accepting the usual baby boomer bs “good job” 3% raise and asked for $5.72 or 26% from the $22.28/hr I’m making now

There’s 4 jobs I highly qualify that’s paying $30.xx-$36.88

Tell me why I get back to the office…. There’s evidence the company is actively looking for my replacement along with evidence to support denying me the raise I asked for

F$&! Them I’m out!…. Every late model Range Rover, Gwagons and bimmers in the reserve parking lot and I can’t get shy a $6 raise
