iirc the min sentence is 2yrs. Riggs IS going to prison. The life he wanted is gone forever. It's truly tragic when you know this guy didn't have people who would look out for him. Hell even the NFL will pay for an athletes drive home.
People forget he's still just a kid at 22 yrs old which btw it's around this age when the male brain begins to exit adolescence.
