Because of the information available to the public already, and the notoriety of this case, he will likely not get any breaks. He will likely plead guilty to avoid the maximum sentence and plea to between 12 & 20 years. He will likely serve half of his max range. As someone who spent over a decade in court, the attorney makes a major difference in the outcome of the trial/plea.
However, my guess, worth nothing of course, is sentence of 20 years with a release in 10. He, of course, is finished in the public eye and will pay a settlement of around 30 million.
