You guys should really re watch the video, the skater didn't get owned by any means, in fact, had that been a scored fight he easily would have won, landing three blows to the security guards face to the guards one on him.
That throw wasn't exactly ground breaking.
Add to that that the security guard most likely lost his job after that encounter and might even have had charges filed against him, the victor is pretty clear. Security guards aren't supposed to brawl under any cisrumstance, at least not the ones hired to a place like that and especially not on public property (the sidewalk) in which they were.
