So there website says is .2-1.0 inches for rear so 5-25mm or so.. I think all of these suspension companies guesstimate lowering as I have seen them tuck the rear tire on kw in pictures

Their claims are definitely misleading. I would say, out of the gate, at their highest setting, the rear is lowered over 20mm. I think the whole 5-25mm is purely the adjustment range.

In any case, good to know these exist. I have a HAS kit waiting for installation and I have seen some complaints about the rear being too low, even at max height.
