I was very skeptical of the iX when I saw it in pictures (and even video). It somehow looked out of proportion in '2D'
When m local dealer called me and told me he had a demo, I went down to take a look, and I must say I was quite surprised and very impressed. The car looks so much better in person. I would say my favourite perspective is the rear end (cue ribald humour), followed by the front end. I think the least flattering angle is a straight side-on view.
The Demo was in white and looked good; however, I think the car would look even better in colours that don't contrast strongly with the black trim (personal opinion).
Suffice to say after I drove it, I jumped on one!
