If you look at the top of the door seal, you will see a felt part to it. It is this felt strip, that is rubbing on the door shuts, causing the creaking. I always liken it to the sound of a ships ropes, stretching as the ship rolls from side to side ?. Polish your chassis door shuts, where the seal will meet them, then put some form of silicone lubricant on the felt strips, and see if that works.
Ive also cured this on some cars, with a good old IPA wipe on a microfibre cloth, and given the felt a good old scrubbing. Hopefully this will cure it for you. Its just not the rubber seals at fault here either, its the felt, good luck
